Terms of Use for PeakoTrack

By downloading or using PeakoTrack (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal purposes only. Reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or modifying the App is prohibited.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions handled exclusively by Apple.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• We do not have access to your payment method or Apple ID information.

3. Refunds

Refunds must be requested directly through Apple, as they manage all billing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in PeakoTrack are the exclusive property of the developer.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of bugs.

6. Termination

We may suspend access to the App if you misuse it or violate these terms.
